Trucking Education Programs
There are numerous companies throughout the United States and Canada who currently have job openings available for Heavy Truck Drivers and Local Delivery Drivers in the areas of: warehousing, construction, agriculture, shipping, manufacturing, and other niches.
We offer two truck driver education programs that will fully prepare you for employment within the Trucking Industry.
Contract Training - Heavy Truck Training
This class trains adults in the safe operation of tractor-trailer combinations and prepares them for employment within any trucking company that has pre-approved them for hire. Upon successful completion of this course, graduates will then be assigned a driver mentor for on-the-job training with the contracting company's Over the Road (OTR) Driver Finishing Program.
OTR Truck Driver Training - Day or Night Classes Avail.
The Over The Road (OTR) truck driver training class trains adults in the safe operation of tractor-trailer combinations and prepares them for jobs as truck drivers. Upon completion of this 160-hour course, graduates will have the skills necessary to obtain employment in the trucking industry and a Certificate of Completion. This 4 week course begins each Monday. 40 hours-week 1 is classroom study, 120 hours-3 weeks behind the wheel training. Cost: $4,995.00. Price for AVOTEC Soldiers $4,000.00
